Scott Duplechin, Physical Therapist
Owner and Co-Founder of RehabOne
Scott Duplechin, PT, holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He has practiced physical therapy in Lake Charles since 1988, treating and managing rehabilitation for a broad variety of injuries and conditions. He specializes in return-to-sports programs and utilizes specialized techniques such as Astym Therapy (deep tissue mobilization), McConnell Taping and Kinesio Taping.
Scott was raised in Lake Charles, graduated from LaGrange High School and attended McNeese State University, where he earned three letters in football before entering physical therapy school. Scott and his wife, Nicole, have two daughters, Courtney and Alex, and six grandchildren. Scott is an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoys an occasional round of golf.
Dwaine Miller, Physical Therapist
Owner and Co-Founder of RehabOne
Dwaine Miller, PT, has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. His practice focuses on return-to-function therapy, making use of specialized techniques such as Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping and McConnell Taping.
Raised in Iota, Dwaine graduated from Iota High School. He and his wife, Kristi, have two daughters, Amber and Madison, and three grandchildren. Outside of work, Dwaine enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and bow hunting.
Kristin McClelland, Physical Therapist
Kristin McClelland, DPT, holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from McNeese State University. She joined Rehab One in 2018 after practicing physical therapy in Lafayette, where she treated neuromuscular and orthopedic patients. She has advanced training in myofascial manipulation and spinal manipulation techniques.
Kristin was born and raised in Basile. Her outside interests include spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog, and working out.
Doug Greenman, Physical Therapist
Doug Greenman, DPT, holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He has practiced as a licensed physical therapist since 2016, working with a wide population of patients in a variety of settings, with extensive experience in treating orthopedic injuries and vestibular conditions across all age groups. He is certified in Intramuscular Functional Dry Needling, with specialized training in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Kinesio Taping, and Level 1 Blood Flow Restriction.
Doug and his wife, Brooke, have two daughters, Aubrey and Marianne. Outside of work, Doug enjoys exercise, fishing, cooking and watching all things LSU.
Susan Cart, Occupational Therapist
Susan Cart, MOT/L, CHT, is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist, primarily focusing on treatment of the upper extremities. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women’s University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from McNeese State University. She has additional professional certifications in Graston Technique and Kinesio Taping.
Susan was born and raised in Lake Charles. She enjoys a variety of fitness activities, especially tennis. She is married to Rusty and they have two sons, Cullen and Sutton.
Jeri Ann Sills, Occupational Therapist
Jeri Ann Sills, MOT/L, is an Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is certified in the Kinesio Taping technique, and treats primarily upper extremity injuries
Jeri Ann was a collegiate athlete, competing in javelin all four years at UL Lafayette. She was raised on a ranch in Dry Creek, Louisiana, and enjoys hiking, riding horses, DIY projects and anything outdoors. She has one son, Trip.
